11 am until 3pm
We offer FREE drop-in advice sessions at our office during the above working hours, or you can find us at our outreach advice surgeries:
Dagenham Library, Heathway Tuesdays 10 am until 12 noon
Barking Learning Centre Wednesdays 11 am until 1 pm
If you prefer, you can make an appointment with one of our advisors by ringing 0208 594 2773 during our office hours.

We off: General advice, help support and advice in relation to benefit applications, benefit appeals, housing, educations, specialist advice in Debt Counselling, Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse, Hate Crime, Discrimination, Employment. We offer help with form filling and we also use bi-lingual advice workers wherever possible.
